It is not advisable to stop the medication independently simply because the blood pressure has returned to a normal level. Discontinuing the medication without proper guidance may lead to treatment failure and post a health risk.

不建議因血壓降到正常數值而自行停藥，在沒有適當的指導下，自行減藥可能會導致治療失敗而讓身體處於風險之中。
